Central to the aim of the STATE is the need to promote the activities and the projects of people of Afro-European background and others who love them. In this light therefore, the organisation make use of all forms of communications media to support people in the black community engaging in projects useful for the society they live in and also useful for the community.

Through its public relations department that publishes the magazine and eventually other periodicals, the STATE publicise, advertise and support the works of Afro European artists, students, businesses and business owners, politicians, farmers and basically anyone engaged in self-supporting projects or others in the public service and others who still dream of achieving and reaching a goal but have no one to support them. The STATE be that channel of support.

The organisation aims to organise on an annual basis, an art exhibition, the AfroEuro Art Exhibition which shall be an event where black artists of all sectors shall present their work-such as music, painting, design art, carving, etc. and prizes may be awarded to the best artist.
